Terms of Use

These Terms describe how Charty works as a paper trading tournament app, how virtual coins and promotional rewards are handled, and what you agree to when using the App.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Charty mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms are entered into by and between Hleb Kuznetsov (“Charty”, “we”, “us”) and the user of the App (“you”, “Licensee”).

Use of the App is also governed by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict, the EULA shall prevail.

1. Nature of the Service

Charty provides skill-based tournaments and challenges using simulated (paper) trading only.

  • No real money is traded, deposited, or risked within the App.
  • All balances, coins, and results displayed in the App are virtual.
  • The App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Virtual Coins & Tournament Rewards

Coins are virtual points used within the App.

  • Coins do not represent real currency, have no monetary value, and are not a digital asset.
  • Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between users.

Promotional Rewards

  • Some tournaments may offer promotional rewards.
  • Promotional rewards are not guaranteed, not winnings, and not a right.
  • Rewards are granted at the sole discretion of Charty.
  • Rewards are not gambling payouts, not investment returns, and not financial compensation.
Important: Charty tournaments are designed for practice and competition in a simulated environment. You should not treat in-app results as real market performance.

3. Tournaments & Rankings

  • Tournament results are determined by performance within the simulated environment.
  • Rankings may be reviewed, adjusted, or invalidated in cases of abuse, technical issues, or violations of these Terms.
  • We may modify, pause, or cancel tournaments at any time.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Subscriptions and purchases provide access to features only and do not guarantee rewards or results.

4.1 Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

4.3 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

5. No Financial Advice

  • Charty does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
  • Any information shown in the App is for educational and simulation purposes only.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. User Conduct & Fair Use

You agree not to:

  • Exploit bugs or system behavior
  • Use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Manipulate tournaments or referral systems
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charty shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from use of the App. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
